SHIPPING…

My business is based in the UK and all orders are shipped from there!

UK CUSTOMERS:

-I am to dispatch all UK orders within two days.

-Free express shipping for orders over £60

-Express shipping to UK, flat rate up to 2kg: £4.25 tracked, two day delivery aim.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

-I aim to dispatch international orders within two working days.

-I use Royal Mail International Tracked.

-Free standard shipping to Australia for orders over £100

-Standard international (tracked), £14.00, 3-17 day delivery aim.

-Express international (available on request).

-Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing in your country.

-Once your parcel is sent I cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged items.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES…

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

I will do my best to find a solution, but please be advised that refunds and returns may not always be accepted unless there was a mistake on my end.

 If a return request is accepted the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs/fees.

Be sure to thoroughly review all product details, materials, sizing information, condition, and verify shipping details before placing an order as orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for these reasons.
